Jim Crow And Plessy Vs Ferguson

Jim Crow And Plessy Vs Ferguson was two main problems for Black African Americans. Jim Crown was the name for racial caste system, this lasted for 1876-1965. Some of the laws we're racial segregation, sepreate items such as restrooms, no blacks could give evidence against a white man in a court case at all. These are only some of the painful rules that effected Black African Americans for half their life. This all started when slavery was in occur which was effective since they already had to work all day unless they was a free slave. This all ended because of the Civil Rigts Act of 1968. If this didn't get ended we would of probably stil been in slavery as teenagers to this day, if not that dead. This is why we are considered lucky because of people like Rosa Parks, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, and Malcom X didn't have to say anything. They could of just been scared to speak up but they knew it wasn't right. These are peope who we consdier Black African American leaders from their first mark.
Plessy Vs Ferguson was another big problem. This case is considered a mark of history that took place in the U.S. Supreme Court, this case also ruled racial segregation. Of course back in this time segregation was a main thing so they could have the advantage if anything was to go down. Black African Americans didn't have much of a choice doing these times, if they choose to speak up they would of just been abused, killed, or kicked out of the court.
